These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EMSOneCall.com and purchases made directly through this website. EMSOneCall.com is operated by Born Force Training, located in Roberts, Wisconsin. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

EMSOneCall.com offers physical books and related products for sale directly to customers in the United States. Product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

2. Signed Copies

Physical copies of EMS One Call purchased directly from EMSOneCall.com may be signed by the author, Jason Fouks, before shipment. A signed copy is considered part of the normal product offered through this website and does not, by itself, make the book ineligible for our standard return policy.

If personalized or custom-inscribed copies are offered in the future, those personalized copies may be considered final sale and non-returnable except in cases involving damage, defects, or fulfillment errors. Any special restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on EMSOneCall.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors, and your use of those payment services may also be subject to the processor's terms and privacy practices.

4. Shipping

At this time, orders placed through EMSOneCall.com are available for shipment within the United States only.

Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

5. Lost Shipments

If an order is confirmed or reasonably determined to have been lost during shipment, Born Force Training will replace the shipment at no additional product cost to the customer.

Customers may be asked to provide order information or assist with carrier documentation before a replacement is issued. We reserve the right to investigate suspected delivery problems, incorrect addresses, or repeated claims before sending a replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order at any time before the order has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the return policy described below.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at hello@emsonecall.com before sending the product back.

Returned products should be in substantially the same condition in which they were received. Books that have been personalized or custom-inscribed for a specific customer are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or were sent in error.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is the result of damage, a defective product, an incorrect item, or another fulfillment error attributable to us.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or other resolution.

We may request photographs or other information documenting the damage or defect before issuing a replacement.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

10. Purchases From Other Retailers

These Terms & Conditions apply only to purchases made directly through EMSOneCall.com.

Copies purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ingram, independent bookstores, or other retailers are subject to the pricing, shipping, cancellation, refund, and return policies of the retailer from which the purchase was made.

11. Intellectual Property

The content of the book EMS One Call, including its original written content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Copyright in the book is owned by Jason Fouks, except for any third-party material used with permission or otherwise identified.

Purchasing a copy of the book does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

No portion of the book may be reproduced, distributed, copied, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or commercially exploited except as permitted by applicable copyright law or with written permission from the copyright holder.

12. Website Content and Trademarks

The EMSOneCall.com website, including its text, graphics, logos, layout, photographs, and other original materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, interfere with, or commercially exploit website content without permission where permission is legally required.

13. Personal Use and Resale

Books purchased through EMSOneCall.com may be purchased for personal use, gifts, organizational use, or lawful resale unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that a lawful owner of a physical book may have under applicable law.

14. Fraud and Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders when we reasonably believe an order involves fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abusive behavior, misuse of promotions, resale fraud, or other unlawful activity.

If an order is canceled for one of these reasons after payment has been collected, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment processor requirements.

We strive to keep EMSOneCall.com available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, technical failures, security concerns, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Born Force Training and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of this website or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, this website, or a direct purchase from EMSOneCall.com will be handled in an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Wisconsin unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on EMSOneCall.com unless otherwise stated.
